Something Else

I have been working on this at the moment

So I am having fun just 'drawing'. I am very excited to start the arabic one, which I think will call Night Sky. AND, someone wants to buy it!!. Hehehe how exciting for me. The dilemma...... how much do I charge???
Too tired to exercise today, got up at 4:30 to take G to the train station, so wasted. Also married 15 years today!! And I still like him :)) And the more suprising thing is that he still likes me !! :) Love is a given if you ask me, but liking is wanting to be with them. There, thats my marriage advise for today :)
Off to have pies and chips for my anniversary dinner. :) Date later when we are awake.

Storm

Well we were all hit by the whopper storm tonight, so I took some cool photo's. I love watching storms flow over. We don't get as many as we used to so it's pretty cool.

Did not feel like exercising so I did one I know well, still hurts but it is easier to do.

So it is pretty fun and I am sloooowly getting better.
I did exercise today, I did a work out called let's burn some more fat and it killed!! big TIME. Only 12 minutes but darn! Real pain. There is now enough room for a Heaven Ice Cream tonight :) hehehehe

Houses

Why do these houses look like a kid did them??? :) I keep telling myself that when I do my free motion stuff all over it, that they will look better. That doesn't help me when I am looking at them right now. It will definitely look better with lines and definitions added. Oh well, it's for my enjoyment anyway :)

Anyways, it is a bit hard to see the houses in this photo. I'm a great photographer too :)
Did the skipping today but no extra, couldn't be bothered this time:)

Michael Buble

Michael Buble was Amazing!!!!! It was entertaining, and awesome to hear him sing. He sounded even better than on his albums and his band was out of this world. Brilliant. When he was chatting to everyone he was a bit nuts and Sam thought he might have been drunk :) He is obsessed with sex and that is what everything he talked about reverted back to. :)

First up were the support band Naturally 7 and they made all instruments, any noise with their mouths. It was sensational, they really rocked. Naturally 7

So at the end, where he is really smart and is saying thanks for coming to my concert and I love you :) He then just breaks into singing with no mic and it  was just amazing.

So it was fantastic. Then today we went out on a friends boat to a beach off the river and it was great. The kids had a great time and we took a picnic and just chilled. I went out and checked crab pots :) very fun, we got females and tiny one's so they all went back. So fun.

Windows

Well I have finished the windows and the night sky... What do you think?

So next I will trace around the buildings and then put the trace onto fabric and cut it out and hopefully stick it on the buildings and bam! A work of art is there!. Hmmmm 
I exercised today, did the skipping and sit up one, for 20 minutes again and it didn't hurt as much, man I love love love getting fit. I feel fantastic and have so much energy. I am still tired, but I feel fantastic at the same time and I feel like I could do 20 push ups just like that!! which I can :) It feels very very good. I recommend it:).
The countdown is ON.... Two days till MICHAEL BUBLE!!!! Cannot wait. Right now I am listening to Cry Me A River. Great song.

Have a Look at This!!

Well today I have been very industrious. Went and bought Grace's Present, did up her baptism program, help mike find a job :) and then this....

So I will then fill in the rest of the windows with my inktense pencils and the pearlised stuff :) and then I will add stars and put fabric over the windows to make the buildings. Here's hoping it will turn out :) it is 170cm long so it is a big one.

Next Project

So, today I drew up my next idea onto white cotton and i will be painting a night sky with different blues and purples and stars.... oh I am sooooooo looking forward to this one.  It is drawn in pencil so it is a bit hard to see, but I am so excited to show you, all my readers :) so many of you.

Okay, I have made the picture huge so you can see more. They are arabic buildings and yes they are leaning, kind of swaying in the breeze :)

I did exercise today and yesterday. Yesterday I did a killer one, hang on there all killers! but this one each set goes for 50 seconds wow it hurts.

Today I did the skipping for 50, except I increased it to 60 and then 30 straight crunches and then 30 side crunches, I did not increase those :). But I did increase the time, usually it is for 15 minutes but I did it for 20 minutes. 5 minutes you say phww, well it addes 180 extra crunches and 240 extra skips. Ouch so I am a bit stiff today :) But feel GREAT!!. Wish my darn belly would leave me though, then I would feel even better.

Finished

So I mixed up the sodium alginate and made more paint and finished off the flames last night. The picture in my head of what I expect it to look like never equals what is the end result :). Oh well that is life.

So here it is

I have already drawn up my next project, so I think that this one will be waiting while I start it. Off to sit right in front of the air con.
