Hello Hello

Well I have still been exercising every day and now I have discovered that I no longer has flabby arms!!! When I wave there is no wobble :)) wohooo, but I earn it darn it!. Yesterday I even did extra to my workout, I ROCK ;).

Well enough of that, this is what I have been doing lately. It is supposed to look life fire, what do you think??



I have already painted this, but with the fabric dye that I use, it goes 'off' after a while. But I had quite a bit of paint left over from last time I did the other painting and I thought, I cannot throw out all this paint, dye is expensive and I also have to buy these chemicals and mix and measure to get the dye to paint texture. So I kept it and used it and silly me:) When I rinsed out the gorgeous design, the dye just ran off and the fabric is no longer pure white but has a reddish hue to it. I am hoping it still looks okay. 
So now I am painting over it and have run out of dye paint. So now I need to mix up some sodium alginate with urea to make the gloop that I then add the dye powder to. What a pain. So I have done a lot of research and found some dye paint that I can actually afford. Some fabric paint is $12 for 100ml!! Insane. I found some that is $13 for 1 litre, cool. 
But right now I need to make up the sodium alginate. 
This cyclone that is coming is really scary! I am glued to the tv waiting to see what the cyclone is doing.

Look At This

Down the side of our house, we have something growing that is pretty cool, have a look






Isn't that just great!! No fuss tomatoes :)
Did you know that there is 1 day till the new school year starts??? Well just letting you know, cause I will definitely be celebrating :) Giving the house a massive clean so that for the first two days back at school I won't have to do anything :).

Hi

Well I did exercise last week, I walked for 40 minutes on the beach on Thursday and went swimming and body surfing for an hour on Friday. Something different :)
Today I did one where you count down from 15 minutes and you skip for 50 skips and then do 30 situps and then 30 more but on alternate sides. You keep doing this till the time runs out. Really good workout.


I have been doing some sewing, here's a couple of pics




I will fill it with four different greens, to give it depth hopefully :)

Today

Well, I have done this workout before, but I must have wiped it from my memory because of the pain!!! It hurt real bad. My arms are very sore, I need to use my stomache muscles much more :)

Finished and a New Idea

Okay, it's been a while but since it's school holidays and it has rained, nothing much happened here :).
I have finished the untitled quilt, if you can think of a name I could call it, I would love to here it.




So, what do you think? Now I have to choose the next project.

Now the next thing I am starting is my exercise regime every day, it will only be a short line most days, no long passages for you to read through and bore you :)
I know I have talked about my exercises already, so I will show you which one I did today, this is to help me to stay on track and eat more healthy by remembering the pain I go through every day :)

You need to watch the video the first time you do it, but after that you will remember the exercises. Give it a go and tell me how you went. I did it in 11 minutes and 49 seconds.
