Well I did exercise last week, I walked for 40 minutes on the beach on Thursday and went swimming and body surfing for an hour on Friday. Something different :)
Today I did one where you count down from 15 minutes and you skip for 50 skips and then do 30 situps and then 30 more but on alternate sides. You keep doing this till the time runs out. Really good workout.
I have been doing some sewing, here's a couple of pics
I will fill it with four different greens, to give it depth hopefully :)
